The Happiness Awaits condo is conveniently located in close proximity to several popular restaurants. 

The first restaurant is The Wharf and is actually located on-site. This restaurant offer a select menu for takeout orders and offers a seafood buffet if dining in. 

Another on-site restaurant is Juan Tacos. They offer amazing tacos, burritors, quesadillas, and more. 

Across the street you will find Pineapple Willy’s which is known for its margaritas. Enjoy your meal on the beach, overlooking the ocian, and take your drink to go in one of their souvenier cups. 

If you’re in the mood for pizza, Hungry Howie’s is located behind the resort and they offer different flavor crusts to go along with your toppings. 

While Panama City Beach has a plethora of activites and things to do for everyone, here are a few highlights. 

Pier Park – This is a famous hotspot for food, drinks, and shopping. It’s got a mixture of well known chain  stores and restaurants, as well as local niche stores and dining establishments. 

St. Andrews State Park – This park offers amazing scenic views. It also offers shuttle rides to and from Shell Island, another popular destination. You can also make your own adventure by renting a boat. 

Shell Island Beach – This beach is known for it’s shells, as it’s aptly named. It’s a great place to spend the day so grab some lunch and head on over to this island for an amazing experience. 

Dolphin and Snorkel Tours – Take in the area’s nature with dolphin and snorkeling tours. There’s no shortage of charters that run these programs so schedule ones and follow a pod of dolphins. 

To prove that guests are permitted to be on the property, all guests much register at the front desk upon arrival for a parking pass and wristbands. Both of these are used to ensure the safety of the guests and are required to be worn on the property when you’re not in the unit. These wristbands signify that you are an invited guest and permitted to be on the property.

The resort takes the safety and security of the guests very serious. There are Property Patrol personnel at every entrance as well as at the private beach access. The Property Patrol work hard to ensure that only guests are allowed on the property by checking wristbands and parking permits.

The management team at the conceirge desk does charge a $69 guest fee. Once this fee is paid upon check-in, the wristbands and parking passes will be given to guests.
